Terms of Use
By using Recall Tracker Network you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Informational use only
This site aggregates and reformats vehicle safety recall information from government regulators. It is provided for general information. It is not legal, safety, engineering, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the official regulator record. Always confirm a recall, its scope, and its remedy with the responsible agency (such as NHTSA or Transport Canada) or an authorized dealer before acting.
Not a government agency
Recall Tracker Network is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government body. Regulator names and links are used only to identify the source of the underlying data.
Accuracy & availability
We work to reflect regulator data faithfully, but recall data changes and our normalization (plain-language titles, component labels, and the severity ranking) is produced by automated rules and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. The severity level shown is a scannability aid, not a regulatory determination. The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recall Tracker Network and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its content. Your use of the information is at your own risk.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site in a way that harms it or others — including attempts to disrupt the service, bulk-scrape in a way that degrades availability, or misrepresent the site as an official government source.
Intellectual property
Underlying recall facts originate with government regulators. Our compilation, wording, design, and presentation are the property of the site operator. The Recall Tracker Network name and look may not be used to imply endorsement.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
