The hazard

Issue: On a small number of aerial devices, the ground-level emergency stop (E-Stop) may not stop all hydraulic functions. Safety Risk: An aerial device that continues to move after the operator activates the emergency stop could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Altec Industries will notify owners by mail and advise you to contact Altec Service to inspect and, if necessary, correct the wiring for the emergency stop.
