The hazard

Issue: On certain transit buses, the pivot shaft for the driver protection barrier may not have been adjusted properly. As a result, the barrier door could detach and fall. Safety Risk: A protection barrier door that falls could create the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Nova Bus will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to adjust the upper pivot shaft for the driver protection barrier.
