The hazard

Issue: On a small number of buses, the driver's side mirror may not be properly attached. As a result, the mirror could fall from the bus. Safety Risk: A mirror that falls from the bus could create a road hazard for others. A missing mirror will reduce rear visibility. Both issues could increase the risk of a crash.
