The hazard

Issue: On certain transit buses, the fasteners for the driver protection barrier may not have been tightened properly and could loosen. If this happens, the barrier could detach and fall. Safety Risk: A protection barrier door that falls could create the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Nova Bus will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to secure the fasteners properly.
