The hazard

Issue: On certain transit buses, the upper bracket that supports the glass panel on the interior door separating the driver from the passengers could fail. If this happens, the glass panel could fall into the passenger area. Safety Risk: Glass that falls into the passenger area could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Nova Bus will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to replace the upper bracket for the glass panel.
