The hazard

Issue: On a small number of buses, the parking brake tension spring could become corroded and break. If this happens, the parking brake may not work and the vehicle could roll away when it's parked. Safety Risk: A parked vehicle that rolls away could create the risk of an injury or a crash. Corrective Actions: International Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your bus to a dealership to replace the forward parking brake cable and adjust the parking brake.
