Evenflo REVOLVE360 Slim: Seats and Restraints
Affects Evenflo REVOLVE360 Slim · 2023–2025 — about 19K vehicles.
The hazard
Issue: On certain child car seats, the French warning label doesn't list information about using the tether strap if the seat is used in the rear-facing position. The French label also incorrectly lists that the child car seat may be used as a booster seat. Canadian regulations require the information on the warning label to be listed in both English and French. Safety Risk: A label that's missing information and/or provides incorrect information could cause confusion and increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Evenflo advises not to use the seat as a booster seat and to always use the tether strap if the seat is used in the rear-facing position. Evenflo will notify registered owners in writing and provide you with a remedy kit that includes an updated French warning label. You should contact Evenflo to obtain a free remedy kit and instructions for how to install it. If you have not yet registered your seat, have moved, or have any questions about this recall, you can contact Evenflo by phone at: 1-937-773-3971 or 1-800-265-0749, or online at: https://registration.evenflo.com/evenflo/ca/carseats
