Affects Land Rover Range Rover Sport · 2014–2017 — about 9K vehicles.

The hazard

Issue: On certain vehicles, the front suspension knuckles could crack and/or break. A front knuckle that breaks while driving could cause a sudden loss of vehicle control. Safety Risk: A loss of vehicle control could increase the risk of a crash. If the knuckles aren't cracked, the dealer will install retaining brackets. If cracks are found, the dealer will replace the knuckle(s).
