The hazard

Issue: On certain school buses, the driver's seat could interfere with the seat belt buckle. As a result, the seat belt anchor bolt could become loose and cause the seat belt to loosen or detach. Safety Risk: A seat belt that detaches could create an increased risk of injury. Corrective Actions: International Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your school bus to a dealership to install spacers on the seat belt anchor bolt.
