Kawasaki Ridge Crew: Seats and Restraints
Affects Kawasaki Ridge Crew · 2025 — about 75 vehicles.
The hazard
Issue: On certain side-by-side UTVs, the bolts securing the seat belts may not have been properly tightened. As a result, the seat belts could loosen or detach in a crash. Safety Risk: A seat belt that detaches in a crash could create an increased risk of injury. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Kawasaki advises that you shouldn't use your UTV until the recall repairs are completed. Kawasaki will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your UTV to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace or tighten the seat belt bolts.
