The hazard

Issue: On certain school buses, the latch bar for the universal anchorage system (UAS) may not have been installed properly. As a result, you may not be able to properly attach a child seat using the UAS. Safety Risk: A child or booster seat that isn't properly attached could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your school bus to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the universal anchorage system (UAS) latch bar.
