Micro Bird G5 School Bus: Seats and Restraints

The hazard

Issue: On certain school buses equipped with seats mounted on rails, the wrong hardware may have been used to attach the seats. As a result, the seats could move or detach in a crash. Note: This recall only affects certain school buses equipped with two-place seats and seat belts. Safety Risk: A seat that moves or detaches could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Action: Micro Bird will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your school bus to a Micro Bird dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the seat fasteners.
