The hazard

Issue: On certain transit buses, the rotary plate for the front door may not have been welded properly. As a result, the plate could disconnect from the mechanism and cause the door to open while the bus is moving. Safety Risk: A door that opens while the bus is moving could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Nova Bus will notify owners by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.
