The hazard

Issue: On certain transit buses, the lock for the driver's seat air adjustment system may become unlatched. As a result, the seat could move unexpectedly forward or backward. If this happens, it could cause a loss of control. Safety Risk: A loss of control could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a seat that moves unexpectedly could increase the risk of injuries in a crash. Corrective Actions: Nova Bus will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to remove the air adjustment feature from the driver's seat.
