Triumph Rocket III: Brakes

Affects Triumph Rocket III · 2020–2024 — about 438 vehicles.

The hazard

Issue: Under certain conditions, the rear brake master cylinder could cause an increase in brake pedal travel before the rear brake applies. If this happens, there could be reduced braking. Safety Risk: Reduced braking can cause extended stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Triumph will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the rear brake master cylinder. Triumph recommends that you follow the owner's manual daily pre-ride safety checks before using your motorcycle.
