The hazard

Issue: On certain single-axle cargo trailers, the hitch frame may fail where it's welded to the cargo box. If this happens, the trailer could separate from the tow vehicle. Safety Risk: A trailer that separates from the tow vehicle could create the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Rainbow Trailers will notify owners by mail and ask you to bring your trailer to an authorized service center to add structural rivets and gussets to the hitch. Rainbow Trailers advises not to use your trailer until the recall repairs have been completed.
