The hazard

Issue: On certain vehicles, convex mirror glass was incorrectly installed on the driver's door mirror. Canadian regulations require the driver's door mirror to have flat mirror glass. Safety Risk: An incorrect driver's door mirror can cause objects in the mirror to be closer than they appear. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Land Rover will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the driver's door mirror glass.
