The hazard

Issue: This recall is for certain accessory heated and cooled seat kits sold with new vehicles or sold by parts departments at Polaris dealerships. The seat kit has part number: 2884701-VBA. A layer of foam in the seats may not meet the flammability requirements of Canadian regulations. Safety Risk: In a fire, seat foam that does not meet flammability requirements could lead to an increased risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Polaris will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle or seats to a dealer. Polaris will replace the seats at no cost.
