The hazard

Issue: On certain trucks, the headlamp relay may disconnect from the fuse box. If this happens, the headlights could turn off suddenly. Safety Risk: Headlamps that power off while driving could cause reduced visibility and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Autocar will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to install a relay retainer in the fuse box.
