The hazard

Issue: Certain buses built with a rear tag-axle steering system may exhibit a steering lock-up at highway speed. Safety Risk: This problem could cause a sudden loss of steering control that could create the risk of a crash. Corrective Action: A final repair has not yet been determined. In the interim, the company will notify owners by mail and advise them to immediately verify that the rear tag-axle caster adjustment is within specification.
