The hazard

On certain travel trailers built with an outside kitchen option, the sealing tape on the propane gas line for the outside kitchen was not installed during manufacturing. In addition, the testing to insure the propane line does not have leaks was not performed. Propane gas in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire and/or an explosion causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will ensure proper installation of the propane line and will test the propane system for leaks.
