The hazard
On certain motorhomes, the certification label on the trailer hitch may have not have the correct weight capacity information. This could cause the trailer hitch to be inadvertently overloaded causing it to fail, resulting in the loss of the towed vehicle and/or trailer, which would increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Labels will be mailed to owners of affected vehicles, along with instructions for proper installation.
