The hazard

Certain "Coast to Coast" passenger seats sold as an accessory for 2015 and 2016 Spyder F3 vehicles may contain a defect. The seat may cause the presence of a passenger to fail to be detected by the vehicle, affecting the function of the vehicle stability control. This could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Owners of affected seats should immediately stop using them and return to their dealer for a refund.
