The hazard

On certain school buses, a hydraulic brake line could chafe against the steel-braided air compressor discharge line (for the air ride suspension). Continued contact could wear through the rear brake line, causing a brake fluid leak. This could increase stopping distances, possibly resulting in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Lion Bus will notify fleet operators to inspect and, if necessary, reposition the air compressor discharge line.
