Baja Warrior MB196: Fuel System
Affects Baja Warrior MB196 · 2006–2010 — about 12K vehicles.
The hazard
On certain motorcycles, a return spring eyelet on the throttle/governor assembly could catch on a protruding fuel line and interfere with throttle control. If this occurs, the throttle could become stuck in a partially applied or wide open position, rather than return to the idle position. This could result in a loss of throttle control and a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Consumers are advised to contact Baja Motorsports at 1-888-864-2252 to request a repair kit which consists of a replacement fuel line and instructions for proper installation.
