The hazard

On certain trailers the brake system may not have been bled properly prior to delivery to the dealers. This could lead to the brakes on the trailers not working properly and require longer than anticipated braking distance. In an emergency longer braking distance could result in a crash causing property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will re-bleed the brake system on the affected trailers.
