The hazard

Certain Low-Speed Vehicles (LSV) fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 209 - Seat Belt Assemblies. The owner's manual does not include instructions for the proper use of the safety restraint, as well as maintenance and inspection procedures. Improper use and/or maintenance of seatbelts could result in an increased risk of personal injury or death during a vehicle crash. Correction: An updated owner's manual will be mailed to owners of affected vehicles.
