The hazard
On certain livestock trailers, the gate which divides the interior space into smaller compartments can fail to latch correctly. This could allow the gate to swing open unexpectedly, which may result in personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, correct the gate latch assembly.
