The hazard

On certain semi trailers, fatigue cracks could develop at the front frame vertical angle gusset to front wall welds. Structural failure of the front wall could allow the front portion of the trailer to open and dip down, spilling the contents of the front hopper. Other possible consequences include a crash that could cause property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealer will repair cracks in the structure and install a repair kit.
