The hazard

Certain bolt-on air brake adjustment gauge kits manufactured by Mr. Safety-Check System Inc could fail. The 1/2 inch greasable clevis pins used on semi-trailer air brake chambers were improperly heat treated and may break. If this happens, the trailer would experience a loss of brakes on the wheel where the brake chamber clevis pin has failed. Correction: Clevis pins will be replaced.
