The hazard
On certain trailers, the direct machined ABS teeth in the hubs may have been machined off center from the bearings. This condition can cause the trailer brake ABS system to cycle rapidly during an ABS controlled brake application, which can increase stopping distance and possibly result in a crash. Correction: Hubs will be inspected and defective hubs will be replaced.
