The hazard

On certain vehicles, the inner shaft splines may not have been machined deep enough (length wise) creating a gap between the governor cap damper and the inner shaft end. This may result in clutch fragmentation at high speeds, creating the risk of personal injury. Correction: Inner shaft will be replaced on affected vehicles.
