THE SECONDARY HOOD LATCH MAY BE INCORRECTLY ALIGNED AND/OR MAY EXHIBIT A BINDING CONDITION AT THE LATCH PIVOT. EITHER OF THESE CONDITIONS COULD PREVENT ADEQUATE ENGAGEMENT OF THE SECONDARY HOOD LATCH. IN ADDITION, THE PRIMARY HOOD LATCH "POP-UP" LEVER MAY BE MISPOSITIONED AND COULD CAUSE THE HOOD TO APPEAR CLOSED WITHOUT BEING LATCHED. INADEQUATE ENGAGEMENT OF THE SECONDARY LATCH AND A MISPOSITIONED PRIMARY LATCH LEVER COULD RESULT IN HOOD FLY-UP WHEN THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION. CORRECTION: REPLACE SECONDARY HOOD LATCH, INSPECT PRIMARY HOOD LATCH, AND ALIGN OR REPLACE "POP-UP" LEVER.
