FA 226 ROCKWELL FRONT STEERING AXLES MAY CONTAIN CRACKS AT THE AXLE BEAM FORGED ENDS AND THESE CRACKS MAY LEAD TO A FAILURE OF THE AXLE BEAM AND RESULT IN SEPARATION OF THE WHEEL, TIRE, BRAKE ASSEMBLY AND STEERING KNUCKLE CAUSING A LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.
