THE SECONDARY THROTTLE RETURN SPRING MAY NOT EXERT SUFFICIENT FORCE TO RETURN THE THROTTLE TO THE IDLE POSITION WITHIN THE LIMITS SPECIFIED BY C.M.V.S.S. 124 - ACCELERATOR CONTROL SYSTEMS. THE DRIVER MAY HAVE TO APPLY THE BRAKES AND/OR SWITCH OFF THE IGNITION TO DECELERATE THE VEHICLE QUICKLY.
