The hazard

If the axle mounts separate, there could be a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash.

What to do

Aluma/KLM will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the axle mount alignment, repairing it as necessary. Additionally, flat straps will be retrofitted to the axle mounts.
