Failure of the pivot bolts may cause the suspension and attached axle to separate from the trailer, increasing the risk of a crash.

Polar Tank will notify owners, and SAF-Holland-approved repair shops will replace the defective pivot bolts with new pivot bolts, free of charge. The recall began on November 24, 2014.
