The hazard

Issue: On one motorhome, the heat shield that protects the propane (LP) tank from the exhaust system may be too short. As a result, the propane (LP) tank could overheat. Safety Risk: An overheated propane (LP) tank could create a fire risk. Corrective Actions: The affected motorhome has not been delivered to a customer. Thor Motor Coach will instruct the dealer to install an additional heat shield between the propane (LP) tank and the exhaust system before the motorhome is delivered.
