The hazard

Issue: Under certain conditions when the vehicle is in "auto-brake hold" mode, a problem with the vehicle stability assist (VSA) modulator may cause the vehicle to move unexpectedly. Safety Risk: A vehicle that moves unexpectedly could create the risk of an injury or a crash. Corrective Actions: Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the VSA modulator.
