The hazard

Issue: On certain vehicles, a software error could cause the airbag (SRS) warning light to incorrectly turn on when there is no problem with the airbag system. Safety Risk: An airbag warning light that turns on when there is no problem may not warn you when there is an actual problem with the airbag system. This could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Jaguar Land Rover will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to update the restraints control module software.
