The hazard

Issue: On certain RV trailers, the exterior collapsible ladder may not be properly attached to the rear wall. As a result, the ladder could separate if you use it. Safety Risk: A ladder that detaches could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Keystone RV will contact owners by mail and instruct you to bring your RV trailer to a dealer to re-install the exterior ladder. To minimize the safety risk, Keystone recommends that you should not use the ladder until the recall repairs have been completed.
