The hazard

Issue: On a small number of fire trucks, the self-leveling function of the aerial platform bucket may not work properly. As a result, the platform could become un-level. Safety Risk: A platform that is not level could cause a person to slip and fall, and create the risk of an injury. Corrective Actions: HME will notify owners by mail and instruct them to contact HME customer service. HME will reprogram the aerial controls and modify the hydraulic system, as necessary.
