The hazard

Issue: On certain vehicles equipped with a 4.2 L engine, the fuel outlet flange mounted in the fuel tank could crack. If this happens, there could be a fuel odour or fuel leak at the rear of the vehicle. Safety Risk: A fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Jaguar will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the fuel outlet flange with a revised part.
