Issue: On certain S560 4Matic models, a bolt for an engine timing chain wheel could come loose. If this happens, the timing chain may skip and cause severe engine damage. As a result, the engine could stall or fail. Safety Risk: A loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the engine.
