The hazard

Issue: On certain trucks, the reflective conspicuity tape on the back wall of the sleeper box was installed in incorrect locations. Canadian regulations require the conspicuity tape to be placed in specific areas. Safety Risk: A truck that does not have properly placed conspicuity tape may be less visible to others.
