The hazard

Issue: On certain RV trailers, the wiring for the Solar Prep system may not be properly connected to a circuit breaker. As a result, there may be no protection against an electrical overload or short circuit. Safety Risk: An electrical overload or short circuit on an unprotected circuit could create an increased risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their trailer to a dealer to inspect the wiring for the Solar Prep system. If it is not connected correctly to a circuit breaker, the wiring will be modified.
