The hazard

Certain electric vehicle chargers were built with incorrect capacitors in the control circuitry. If a capacitor were to fail, it could result in a fire and/or shock hazard, increasing the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Owners should stop using the affected products immediately. Correction: Owners can call Webasto at 1-888-516-6264 to verify if their serial number is affected. Webasto will replace the charger as necessary.
