The hazard

On certain vehicles, the wheel bolts may not have been properly tightened. This could cause a wheel could become loose and fall off the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. In addition, the wheel assembly could strike another vehicle, stationary object, or bystander, causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will replace the wheel bolts and tighten them to specification.
