The hazard

On certain vehicles, improper casting of the engine block may cause the engine to seize/lock up. A seizing engine may lead to a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Affected vehicles will be bought back from the owner. If the owner refuses, a replacement engine will be installed.
